CELEBRATE YOUR DAY, AT THE YMCA!

All parties are held on Saturdays or Sundays from 1:00PM - 3:00PM at the Janesville YMCA.

All party packages include 10 children and 5 adults. Any person participating in the party or in the party room will be counted as part of the party. Additional children and adults may be added to the party at $5 per child and $1 per adult. Up to the maximum of 15 total for the party.

All children are required to fill out a waiver signed by their parent/legal guardian before the child may participate and wear a wristband that will be handed out upon arrival.

No alcohol, drugs or tobacco use are allowed in our facilities.

Janesville YMCA Party Packages

Swim Party

During this 2 hour party, you and your guests will enjoy an hour in the party room and an hour of swim time. You will also be provided with one party host.

  • Maximum number participants allowed for pool parties 15 (excluding in-water chaperones)
  • Guests must bring their own towel, lock and swimsuit
  • Guests must abide by all pool rules
  • Swim tests will be required for all pool party participants. If child passes swim test they receive an additional wristband while in the pool.
  • Children that do not pass must stay in zero depth area.

The YMCA has mandatory adult-to-child ratios for the pool. Group chaperones must be in the pool as outlined below (or group may not be allowed to swim):

  • One adult in the water supervising for every 2 children using flotation device
  • One adult in the water supervising for every 1 child ages 5 years and under (1:1 supervision required)
  • One adult in the water supervising for every 3 children ages 6-7
  • Two adults in the water supervising for every 15 children ages 8-9 with one additional adult on deck
  • One adult on the deck for every 15 children ages 10+

Preschool Gym Party

The party starts with 30 minutes of open gym in Parker Hall with balls, scooters and other play equipment, then 30 minutes of staff-led games. One hour in party room for children to enjoy for cake/refreshments provided by you.

Members: $100, CP: $140


School Age Gym Party

The party starts with 30 minutes of open gym in JP Cullen or Main Gym playing your choice of basketball, volleyball or dodgeball, then 30 minutes of a staff-led game. One hour in party room for children to enjoy for cake/refreshments provided by you.

Members: $110, CP: $150


Gymnastics Party

The party starts with an hour of time in the gymnastics center, the moves to the party room for cake/refreshments provided by you.

Members: $150, CP: $190


Bounce House Gym Party

The party starts in Parker Hall with an hour in the bounce house followed by one hour in party room for children to enjoy for cake/refreshments provided by you.

Members: $150, CP: $190


Dance Party

The party is led by one of our certified dance fitness instructors. They will lead you in fun routines choreographed by today's biggest hits (60 minutes) followed by one hour in party room children to enjoy for cake/refreshments provided by you.
